For some customers, the edge of the cut piece is critical and we offer the following edges for most wire screens: cut to size, closed trim, balanced short edge, raw edge, open/untrimmed edge, with or without inlays and edge crimping.

Welded

Made primarily from stainless steel, galvanized and plain steel, welded wire mesh has become a staple in the wire mesh and wire cloth industries. ACE Mesh Machinery has a large inventory of welded wire mesh. For more information on welded wire mesh, visit Welded Wire Mesh or contact us for custom welded wire mesh. Wire Mesh Seams

Many industrial users have a particularly unique application that cannot be handled by the standards of the wire mesh industry. ACE Mesh Machinery seams woven wire mesh. Also available is the ability to splice or seam two pieces of mesh to create one large block. The customizable capability of wire mesh through splicing opens up a multitude of possibilities in the use case of wire mesh.

Slotting

In most industries, wire mesh is not a universal size. Specific jobs require specific needs and often need to meet unique specifications. Many industrial suppliers require the mesh to be cut into narrower widths for specific applications.

Slitting

ACE Mesh Machinery is fully prepared to handle virtually any slitting requirement with the help of our in-house slitter and manual slitting technology. This combination of slitting technologies allows us to slit material to a fraction of an inch while providing fast delivery.

Flattening

Most woven and some welded wire mesh is supplied in rolls - 100 foot lengths. Due to the way the mesh is manufactured and stored, sometimes the mesh, especially coarse woven and heavy woven wire mesh, retains its castings and memories. In these cases, we offer a flattening service for the cut pieces. With special internal machinery called rollers, we are able to flatten and transport almost any mesh. Please keep in mind that the length of any flat piece is limited by packaging and shipping.

Screen Inspection

It is important to us that your screen is manufactured perfectly to your needs, saving you time and money. That's why we inspect all materials extensively prior to shipment. Quality control of screens is a top priority for ACE Mesh Machinery.
